Over the years, I’ve received many e-mails from unhappy customers about a.n.other’s exhaust. I know if they had just had some more information about exhaust design, they could have asked the right questions, made the right choice.

The aim of this website is to educate and inform. These days a lot of information can be found on the specialist forums dedicated to your particular car. Unfortunately, these forums are expensive to run and sponsors/advertisers are needed to finance them. You know the old saying - “He who pays the piper …………….” So, the information you read on the forums is what their sponsors (or their fan-boys) want you to read – not necessarily the truth – but it’s their truth.
Over the years, time and time again, I’ve seen critical posts on forums about a.n.other’s exhausts being deleted by the moderator – “He who pays the piper ……………”

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 is a powerful piece of legislation. If you have bought a faulty product (exhaust!) you are entitled to a full refund. It doesn’t matter if you’ve used it. Dronnnnnne is an exhaust fault – poor design is the main culprit – but you’ll only find out when you drive the car with your new exhaust. No way can a.n.other refuse you a full refund because it’s now “used.”
Check out the information on your car’s page. All the aftermarket Lotus suppliers have a very bad habit of using the SAME design for several Toyota-engined cars, so the same info might be found on several pages!
